By registering an account, accessing the Platform or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. 288com reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued photographic identity document (such as a CNIC, passport or driving licence), proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and source-of-funds documentation. Processing of submitted documents is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Failure to complete KYC verification within any timeframe specified by 288com may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights, the freezing of Account funds or permanent account closure. 288com will not be liable for any loss arising from an Account suspension pending KYC completion.
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access your Account.
288com strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. You must notify 288com immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. 288com will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
288com will never contact you by email, telephone or any other channel to request your full password. Any communication purporting to be from 288com that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
Deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. 288com references familiar Pakistan payment services — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — for user context only. These references do not imply any endorsement, affiliation or active payment integration. Users must verify available deposit methods on the Platform's cashier page at the time of transacting.
Account balances, transaction histories and bet values are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) where the Platform's settings permit. Currency conversion rates applied by 288com or by third-party payment processors may vary and are not guaranteed. 288com is not responsible for exchange-rate losses incurred during deposit or withdrawal processing.
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit into the Account, subject to applicable verification. 288com reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts, processing times and available withdrawal methods are as specified on the Platform cashier page and may change from time to time.
288com operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Any Account suspected of being used for money laundering, fraud or other financial crime will be frozen and reported to relevant authorities as required by law. Funds associated with suspected financial crime may be withheld indefinitely pending investigation.
288com may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, cashback rewards and other incentives ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, in addition to these general Terms.
Unless a Promotion explicitly states otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games or bet types, minimum odds restrictions and expiry dates will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus Funds that have not met the wagering requirement by the expiry date will be forfeited without compensation.
Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated tools to complete wagering requirements, placing offsetting bets to meet requirements with minimal risk, or any other conduct that 288com determines in its sole discretion to constitute abuse — will result in the immediate forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and may result in permanent account closure.
288com reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any Promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring terms already accepted by Users at the time of opt-in. Users will not be compensated for the withdrawal of a Promotion they have not yet opted in to.
A bet or wager is accepted only when confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number is issued. Bets placed during system errors, communication failures or outside of market-open periods may be voided at 288com's discretion. It is the User's responsibility to verify that a bet has been accepted before relying upon it.
Cricket betting markets — including PSL, ICC tournaments, bilateral series and domestic competitions — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match being abandoned, interrupted or shortened, individual market settlement rules as published on the Platform will apply. 288com makes no claim of affiliation with the Pakistan Super League, Pakistan Cricket Board, the International Cricket Council or any other sporting body.
288com reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect or erroneous price, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. In the event of a manifest error in odds, markets or game outcomes, 288com may at its discretion cancel affected bets and return stakes. The determination of whether an error is manifest rests solely with 288com.
Maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits apply to all markets and are as published on the Platform. Where a winning bet exceeds the applicable payout cap, the maximum payout amount will be paid and the excess will not be honoured.
Casino games, including slots, live dealer tables and table games, are governed by the individual game rules as published within each game. 288com reserves the right to investigate any Account suspected of prohibited activity and to suspend, restrict or permanently close such an Account without prior notice. Funds held in an Account that is closed for prohibited activity may be withheld pending investigation.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, page layout, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of 288com or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written permission from 288com.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 288com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
288com's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
288com does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure (after completion of any pending wagering requirements on Bonus Funds) will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to KYC completion.
288com reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons (without limitation): breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification; suspicious activity; regulatory obligation; or any other reason 288com determines in its sole discretion. In such cases, legitimate real-money balances will be returned subject to AML and legal obligations.
Upon termination of your Account, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification and governing law shall survive termination of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 288com holds its applicable operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
